A Quiet Space for You
I offer a weekly space for you to explore whatever issues have bought you to therapy. This can include a wide range of problems including anxiety, anger, trauma, stress, post-natal depression, difficulties in a relationship or at work or living with a chronic health condition.
I work integratively, which means I draw on a range of approaches in my work. This includes attachment-informed and trauma-sensitive thinking, parts work, body-based strategies and psychoeducation. However, my main focus is on providing a space where you feel comfortable to explore whatever has bought you to therapy. Starting therapy can be daunting and it is important that you feel safe and supported in the process. We will work together to find an approach and pace that suits you.
I offer EMDR, either as a standalone treatment or integrated into ongoing therapeutic work. If you would like to know more about EMDR please see the relevant page on my website or get in touch to discuss in more depth.
Sessions last for 50 minutes and can be on a short-term or long-term basis.
